Alexey Shepel will build a shopping center on the site of a long construction project in Severny Butovo

The well-known in the Moscow real estate market businessman Alexey Shepel for 75 million rubles bought at auction a long building in the Moscow district of Severnoe Butovo. As reported to "Stroygazeta" in the press service of the capital's Department of Competition Policy, on the site of the unfinished building the head of the construction corporation S.Holding, intends to build a large shopping center.

According to the head of the department Gennady Degtev, the work near the metro station "Ulitsa Starokachalovskaya" and "Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard" will begin in the near future.

According to the official, a multifunctional center with a total area of about 33 thousand square meters, which will include retail space, fitness center, social facilities and parking for 300 cars, will appear on the site of the long-built building.

Shepel bought a long building located at the address: Boulevard Dmitriy Donskoy, near the house 17 on a land plot of 1.6 hectares. Before the auction, the object was in the economic management of the State Unitary Enterprise "Moscow Metro".
