Shepel Holding Company has passed to the Second Stage of the Open All-Russian Contest of the House of the Russian Federation.
Shepel Holding Company entered the second stage of the Open All-Russian Contest for the development of standard projects of individual and multi-apartment low-rise (up to 4 floors) residential buildings, as well as social and cultural facilities using wooden load-bearing structures.
Shepel Holding Company submitted for the contest the project "Housing and Residential Construction House-150 series "DOM5".
The project was developed in accordance with the technical specifications for the All-Russian competition of standard projects of individual residential houses of industrial production up to 150 square meters. m. The accumulated experience in industrial construction of apartment houses allows our company to apply the idea of unification of building structures made of prefabricated reinforced concrete or small piece materials to create different planning solutions of individual houses, with a set of areas from 112 to 370 sq.m. and more.
The project offers two variants of building a residential house:
Variant A - a two-storey building with a flat non-exploited roof, without terraces and external staircases.
Option B - a variant of the house with wide terraces, spiral staircase, 3rd floor and exploited roof.
